Well I do stand corrected. I new the ARRL had a country list, probably
more than one lingering around in it's web page, I just never really
looked at it, at least very closely. Maybe a statement in the rules then
that it is NA countries as defined by the ARRL DXCC list. Not trying to
be a pain, just trying to keep folks from chasing people from the contest.
