[RTTY] NAQP from VT (not this year)

I was hoping to do the upcoming NAQP RTTY contest from VT, as I have done in 
years past.  
I am unable to make it, so Bambi will be on from MA this year, as a Multi-Two.  
We hope to 
have several new operators that are interested in RTTY operating.

For those of you that need VT with RTTY or PSK31, I hope to be up there in 
August, don't 
have a firm date yet.
