Hi Bill, Try this link: www.signals.taunus.de I would have thought it may well be MFSK16, as that mode seems to have moved down the band from the 14080 area. The slot between 14075 and 14076 is now inhabited by JT65A users, but this doesn't sound quite like you describe.
