Phil, it wasn't me as I didn't spot anyone.
but
Could this have happened?

Say w9ol is cqing on 7060
and I see a spot for yw0dx on 7040
I jump to that spot, work him, and then using the F12 key, jump back to my
cqing freqency and send a cq
and THEN I forget and send a cluster spot for the yw0dx....which would have
my frequency and not the correct one.

just a possibility...I didn't experiment to see if the software would work
this way.
