Sounds to me like 40m is just going to be busy, and everyone will have to
live with one another. Sorry for sounding blunt, but Im not giving up the
only band that will support DX at 7:00pm my local time so that CW Sprint can
have the entire band to itself.
The ARRL didn't mention it because it's a rediculous suggestion.
