You can rest assured there will be digital signals above 3600kHz, Glenn can
go there so can I and most of the world. I for one will be treating myself
with a brand new linear for Christmas so next RTTY contest I will be CQing
above 3600kHz.

Subject: [RTTY] This was NOT ARRL's idea or proposal....
> The reason for this change is the new FCC regulations which go into effect
on December 15th. Please be aware that this was NOT what ARRL proposed to
the FCC nor was it contained in the original NPRM issued by the FCC. This
is the FCC's decision. Effective December 15th there will be NO digital
signals above 3600 kHz as per the new FCC regulations.

idea!
