Dick,
"Cabrillo" output from each contest is contest specific. That
means that any conversion program must be written for the unique
"cabrillo" format.

If you know the specifics of the particular "Cabrillo" file, it
is also relatively easy to use Excel to do a conversion (read
the CBR file into Excel, add columns for the ADIF tags, add the
required header/footer rows and write the ADIF/TEXT file). The
problem again is that the columns in the CBR file are different
based on the contest requirements and may not correspond to a
specific ADIF tag.
