[RTTY] Cabrillo to ADIF Converter

Anyone know of a PC or Mac utility that will convert Cabrillo format to
ADIF?  

As pointed out by Jim, AD1C, LoTW will accept any ADIF but is pretty picky
on the Cabrillo format.

Having such an item would make uploads of contest logs to LoTW easier.
