I know you meant that tongue in cheek, but it could actually be
approximated. 

If two radios gives approximately a 40% score increase, and going from
100 watts to 1500 gives approximately a 40% score increase and going
from wires to yagis gives approximately a 40% score increase...

Then two radios is worth about ten dB.

If you don't like my numbers, use your own. You get the idea.
