In southern Delaware, there is a big-gun multi-multi station, fellow
FRCer, Dallas, W3PP. While I certainly can't speak for him, if
someone (or several) wanted to activate DEL in a major RTTY contest,
give Dallas a call. His station has operated a few RTTY contests in
the past. I bet they could win the category from there (at least
NA), given the rare mult. and the excellent station.
