[RTTY] Webmaster for rttyinfo?

Does anyone know who the webmaster behind http://www.rttyinfo.net is?

Usually such websites have the owner's call plastered everywhere, but
this person is unusually reticent.  :-)  Even clicking the link for
email only addresses it to "webmaster".
