There you are right and wrong at the same time. There are 2 different contest.
1. OKOMDX contest which is in November and is only CW
2. OK DX RTTY contest which is in December and is on RTTY only

I´m not a member of contest committee but I´will send an email to OK1MP who
is responsible for this contest to clear the rules for the next year.
