I answered Rich in more detail privately, but my understanding is that no
program -correctly- supports the RTTY sprints. It's not as simple as using
one of the other mode Sprints listed in a given program and then changing
the mode name in the output file. If such were true, I'd hope we would all
abandon our favorite program and use the one that correctly supports the
Sprint.
N1MM seems promisingly responsive to users' perceived deficiencies in other
