My understanding of ending a transmission with "K" is an invitation for anyone
to transmit.
Hence if I see:-
AA5AU K, I will call him.
if I see:-
AA5AU BK, I wait before calling him.
Likewise ending a CQ call during test with either "CQ" or "TEST" perform same
function.
Most useful, and instils some order when practised
None to sure about "de", invariably I end up sending my call so many times
before people decode the call, that the "de" seems lost in the whole effort.
