As the second anniversary, of what was one of my most satisfying experiences
in 20+ years of operating nears, I'm concerned that there may be some that
may still need confirmation of Nevada on RTTY. Cards for all DX contacts
were sent through the bureau in January Y2K, but I continue to receive cards
with "pse QSL"? If you are on this reflector and still need a card, (my last
mailing to the bureau was this month) or you know someone that still needs a
card, please email me DIRECT and I will include it in my next bureau
mailing. I have no intention of "closing the log" or not responding...just
something to put away until it's needed!
FWIW...all stations that send cards without SASE should be aware of my QSL
policy, effective January 1, 2003: "Direct QSL requests without SASE will
not be returned, but may be claimed at eQSL!" The only deviation from this
will be: "if you have requested a card earlier, direct without SASE, and I
didn't return it...don't send another card, an email will do...I will return
those!"
