Added examples of 2002 World Wide WPX RTTY Contest buffers.
Added a link to 2002 World Wide WPX RTTY Contest rules.
Added a sample screen shot of my 2002 World Wide WPX RTTY screen setup.
Added information on how to handle progressive serial numbers while
operating SO2R in those contest that require such exchanges.
