You could probably call him to get on the contest, without specifically asking him to work you. My understanding is you cannot solicit for contacts except within the contest itself. Landline is supposedly no-no. So is spotting yourself on the PacketCluster. But, asking a station to QSY is OK. 73 Chen, AA6TY |
