Your third and last capture I note is right at 60 kHz.  That's the
frequency of WWVB from Wellington, Colorado.  The other two sound like
rather sloppily sent CW.  I could copy it if needed.  Likely it's a dirty
transmitter whose operator is "practicing" sending Morse Code.
Why....where....who..When.....    Who knows.
