Yes, the RFI is related to the power grid, either in-house or somewhere
else.  Therefore, don't spend more time identifying what is causing the
interference, but go looking for it.   Any more sleithing as to what is a
waste of time and effort.

As broadband as it is, I doubt it's a switcher, but more like a discharge
on a line somewhere.  But everything connected to the power grid is up for
grabs.
