The Keurigs are deliberately made to be hard to get into to make
repairs or modifications, but it can be done. they'll use clever ways
of hiding screw heads and panel seams so it's a challenge. Before
doing anything get online and see if there are any videos or tips on
opening up your model or one that's similar.
When they quit working the problem can be a clog in the little needle
that punctures the top of the K cup. There's a lot of information
online detailing some simple things to try to get one working again.
People are junking these things after two or three years of use and
they're going into landfills because Keurig seems to want everyone to
keep buying new ones. You may have to crack it open to RF proof it.
I just unplug mine when I'm not using it.
One more thing: These units have logic boards in them and when they
spazz out it's due to the power supply electrolytic caps needing
replacement.
