Most computer RFI is actually from the monitor and not the CPU itself. Try
switching off just the monitor and see if that resolves it. If so you will
know where to begin to fix the issue.

Subject: [RFI] RFI?
Hello
I have a serious RF problem. I am trying to run a packet station. No
big deal? Well I have a 50+ watt Kenwood 261 sitting on my desk, That is
not very compatible with the 400 MHz home brew computer sitting on the floor
a mear 5 feet away. The antenna is in the attic just above the shack. I do
have a grounded ground plane. There is about an s-3 of noise on 144.390 is
this normal? There appears to the same amount of noise all across the 2
meter band.
