Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2020 Feb 05 1230 UTC.

Solar Activity

24 hr Summary: Solar activity was very low under a spotless visible disk. No Earth-directed CMEs were observed in available coronagraph imagery.

Forecast: Solar activity is expected to be at very low levels on 05-07 Feb.

Energetic Particle

24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux was at normal to moderate levels, and the greater than 10 MeV proton flux was at background levels.

Forecast: Normal to moderate electron flux levels are expected through 06 Feb. High levels are possible on 07 Feb with CH HSS influence. The proton flux is expected to continue at background levels.

Solar Wind

24 hr Summary: Solar wind parameters were mostly at background levels with the exception of a few brief periods of southward Bz up to -5 nT. Phi was predominantly in a negative solar sector.

Forecast: Solar wind parameters are expected to become enhanced on 06 Feb as a recurrent, negative polarity CH HSS rotates into a geoeffective position.

Geospace

24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was at quiet levels.

Forecast: Mostly quiet levels are expected on 05 Feb. Unsettled to active levels are anticipated on 06 Feb with a recurrent, negative polarity CH HSS. Isolated unsettled activity is likely to carry over into 07 Feb.
