Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2018 Jun 28 1230 UTC.

Solar Activity

24 hr Summary: Solar activity was very low. No Earth-directed CMEs were detected in available coronagraph imagery.

Forecast: Solar activity is expected to remain very low all three days (28-30 Jun).

Energetic Particle

24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux was at normal to high levels, with a maximum flux reached of 3,942 pfu at 27/2045 UTC. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux remained at background values.

Forecast: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux is expected to reach high levels all three days (28-30 Jun) due to CH HSS effects. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux is expected to continue at background levels.

Solar Wind

24 hr Summary: Solar wind parameters were indicative of waning CH HSS influences. Total field strength was near 5 nT and the Bz component underwent only weak deviations. Solar wind speed slowly decreased from around 550 km/s to around 500 km/s. The phi angle was negative.

Forecast: Elevated solar wind speeds are expected to continue on days one and two (28-29 Jun) due to the continuing CH HSS effects. A return to a nominal solar wind is expected on day three (30 Jun).

Geospace

24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was quiet.

Forecast: The geomagnetic field is expected to be at quiet to unsettled levels on days one and two (28-29 Jun), under waning CH HSS influences. Quiet levels are expected on day three (30 Jun).
