Thanks for the post and glad to see some activity on this reflector.
Question for all: The George Jacobs et al "NEW Shortwave Propagation
Handbook" is getting somewhat dated - does anyone know if a revision
is in the works ? Also, ARRL carries another HF propagation book in
the same price range - is it usable, that is, not a high-level college
text in disguise hi ?
