Yes, it's very common to hear HS, VR2, and other parts of SE Asia coming in
over Europe during the autumn and winter morning hours (14Z-17Z) on 15 and
20 meters.  This path even occurs on 10 meters during the sunspot maximum.
That's typically how the east coast works Zone 26 on the high bands during
the major contests.
