For the past couple years I've been using some very useful propagation software
called HF Prop by G4ILO. In September 2004 he put out an upgrade v1.4.
The software shows current global daylight, grayline and darkness with auto
update, the current MUF, LUF, F2 critical E critical frequencies visually. It
also shows the great circle path as well as bearing, distance and signal
strength for a path between your home QTH and the DX station location both
visually and in text form. You also have a selectable LUF/MUF chart and
downloadable current WWV solar and geomagnetic data text from WWV Boulder, CO.
It covers 160-10 meters ham and 120-11 meters shortwave.
