COMMENT: A small shock was recorded in the Solar wind speed, it jumped from 400
to 440 km/s. Since the IMF is directed northward we do not expect geomagnetic
influence from this shock. Solar activity is very quiet, background is below
B-level now, only a B4.8 flare was recorded this morning around 8 UT, from
Catania 02 (NOAA 0664).
