yep. my 1+ year old orion does that every now and then. i've noticed
no pattern. another curious thing mine does, sometimes i have no
audio when i power on until i move the audio level control a tad. i
don't understand folks selling orions to buy orion ii's before we see
if firmware 2 fixes these kinds of things. if not, i'll be replacing
this thing with a pro iii or maybe at ft2000: it takes more than a
great receiver to make a great radio, tentec.
