[Orion] CW Sidetone problem

Twice in the last few days my sidetone has gone dead while I was 
operating on 40 meter CW. The rig transmits fine, but I can't hear
the sidetone any more. When I cycle the power, the sidetone starts to
work again. Has anyone else had this problem?
