[Orion] Rig Freeze

I have managed to freeze the rig during normal operation (receive, CW mode, 
changing the NR level).
The message was: 
DSP BG FAIL 0
DSP T/O 0
I could only revive the rig through switching it off/on.
Has this fault been cured in Version 1.370 ?
