[Orion] Orion serial commands

I have posted a list of oddities encountered while programming for the Orion 
serial port.   They include commands that don't seem to work or don't work as 
advertised, along with some timing-related (?) gotchas.

Many of these must be known.  It would be handy if TT would keep "known issues" 
up to date (http://www.rfsquared.com/Orion/Orion%20Issues.txt, 3/28/03) updated 
so we wouldn't have to do it all by trial and error.
