[NA-User] NO CW Mode.

Downloaded the most recent version 10.57.

It starts up OK but regardless of contest et al, it starts in SSB
mode.
No CW, No Message Keyer.

There is something funny in initialization.  If I bring in an old log
that is a CW contest, keyer and message keyer works but display shows
ssb.  Once band is changed by NA rig is set to ssb and cannot be
returned to CW mode by any NA command.

Wanted to use for WRTC this weekend.
