This note is in response to several user e-mails with regards to the DATOM
Online website. We thank everyone for their notes.
There appears to be some problems at the server with regards to
downloads. This has caused the following issues and work-arounds:
1. If access to the site is restricted to allow only registered users, the
user sees the pop-up window asking for username, password, and
"domain". Since the user is not in a permitted domain, he'll never get
access. Rather than delay legitimate users access to the site, the site is
"wide open" for now until we can get the ISP to make adjustments. So for
now, you'll not be asked for your username or password to download.
2. The server will not allow downloads of files with .EXE
extentions. Anything other than .EXE will download fine. For now, the NA
zipped file you get will be a .ZIP file, not a self-extracting ZIP
(.EXE). Hopefully, this will get straightened out next week.
Other downloads like old versions of NA probably don't work right
now. They will once the ISP gets the server settings correct. We
apologize for the inconvenience.
