Hi Mark,
We had similar problems in the summer months here for
a while (I notice your in OZ, we are in NZ). We found
that all KN100/200 type devices needed a fan to keep
them cool enough. The KN50 works fine without a fan
here, but almost all KN100/200s that we deployed would
lock up from time to time until we put fans in them
all. Since doing that we haven't had a lockup since.
