Karlnet will soon be offering upgrades for COR/RORs. We will have to
charge a one time fee- but we will only be charging the standard upgrade
price -$70 for a Satellite (ROR) and $140 for a base station (COR).
That will allow you to upgrade your COR/ROR's to the latest version of
TurboCell and we are not going to charge for future upgrades.

release 7.5 of AP software (spring 2002) is latest, so latest firmware
for WP- II or AP1000 is WPNT395.bin.
WPNTFIX.bin (renamed WPNT357.bin) is there because original firmware in
older
devices (WP-II) do es not allow to flash WPNT395.bin directly (is too
big). So
after forced reload You need load WPNTFIX.bin and next WPNT395.bin
AP05xyz.bin is firmware for AP500.
These informations are essential. Please, try to read Readme.txt
(release
notes) carefully.
It is pity, that 3.95 is latest firmware for AP and 4.14 latest firmware
for
ROR-COR.
Feature "deny inter-client traffic at 802.11b" is very useful. We paid
$400 for
RORs and $800 for CORs and today we will must buy new licenses from
Karlnet. It
is not very nice from Proxim, that they sell unsupported software.
What about a concurent upgrade from RORs and CORs licenses to Karlnet?
