[Karlnet] Flashing RG+ board

Hey guys?

I'm trying to flash an RG+ board for the first time, and after I load
the software, it won't show up on a scan to config it.

Am I doing something wrong?

I can put it in base boot mode and read it fine. 4.43k and 4.31 both.
