He has to mark his licenses up to pay himself for the time he spends sending
these smart-ass emails back to the list. I personally am sick of seeing
these little comments, I can only imagine what his potential customers
think.

why don't you ask you're reseller who sells you licenses for $15 cheaper? he
should know the answer, eh?

Subject: [Karlnet] AP-1000 Factory Reset
I have a support call into KarlNet but as of now, no callback so maybe
someone on the list knows the answer to this.
I have a AP-1000 with ISP base station software installed. For some reason,
the unit has become inaccesible with the Karlnet configurator. I did a
forced reload and it is still not accessible. I have used the latest
configurator as well as the Orinoco AP Manager. The AP is connected
directly to my PC ethernet using a crossover. I have done this before and
had no problems using the forced reload procedure.
I think I need to do a factory reset, not forced reload, to get the unit
back online. Does anyone know how to do this?
Thanks.
