Well guys I tried everything i could come up with.
Finally called Karlnet...
He told me that what you have to do is press the reset button and then just
keep pressing the forced reload button until the cows come home!!!
There is some kind of a timing issue and if you dont get it just right then
it never goes into reload mode...
Which I guess is kinda nice just in case you accidently press it... Like it
could be done accidently.... ;-)
Anyway just wanted to share the info.

The WPII are picky about the order and timing of pressing the reset
and reload buttons.
Press the reset and when the "PC card B" LED turn orange, quite quick,
rrelease the reset and press the reload untill the power led is
oraange.
