The WPX rules for 2002 don't match this entry from N8BJQ's web page for WPX 
contests.  Given the confusion, I would go with this information from the 
link below, which says to use different serial numbers per band for 
multi-single operations, since it is still posted:

Maybe the 2003 rules will be consistent.
