[ct-user] Com Port Problem

When interfacing a TS870 and restarting windows 98 in the MS-DOS mode there
is no communication between the computer and radio.  Yes, I installed the
TSR and set the Radio to TS850.

If I open an MS-DOS window under windows and install the TSR, the Radio and
Computer talk to each other.

Anyone know what I need to do to get communications after I restart under
MS-DOS?
