OK, OK a second transistor in addition to an opto-coupler in my
circuit ;-)
I don't have a CT manual handy, but the difference was connecting
the emiter of keying transistor to GND and collector via resistor to
+5V (which is working in CT < 9.27) or following circuit diagram in
CT manual.
I can send pin-out and diagramme of my interface to anybody, if
there is a desire ;-))
