[ct-user] /MM Mult

[Bob NX5M <nx5m@alpha1.net> (Bob NX5M)]

I forgot the callsign but did anyone else work UA2xx/MM in Region 2 and
have the R2 multiplier not show up on the right as a multiplier?
And, instead of R2 showing up, UA2 is shown as the mult where R2 SHOULD
be.
