[ct-user] CT in ARRL 10m on DX Side

I tried WRITEARRL in 9.40 instead of WRITELOG and got the ZF2NT.LOG 
file.  Here's what it looks like:

10  SSB 15/07/99 1342 1     N5KO           59        59  CA    * 2  0
10  SSB 15/07/99 1342 2     AD1C           59        59  MA    * 2  0
10  SSB 15/07/99 1342 3     CE3AA          59        59  024   * 2  0

Looks like K1EA needs to fix this.  I did NOT enter a state when I filled 
in the info sheet, but I'll bet that if I did, it would have been written 
to the ARRL log :-(
