Hi Brian,
I haven't used these yet. But, besides the appropriate hardware (& prices),
they have very specific & detailed instructions on how to (software) install
and use each card - right on their web site.
Let us know how it turns out. I won't be trying them for a few more months.

High-speed I/O cards
Low cost high-speed serial I/O cards are our specialty. Our cards are available
with 16550, 16650 & 16750 UART chips. 16550 UART chips (16-byte receive
FIFO, 16-byte transmit FIFO) are generally sufficient for most things. If you
are
running an ISDN connection, multiple 28.8K, 33.6K, or 57.6K modems on the
same machine, etc., you may need a 16650 UART chip (32-byte receive FIFO &
32-byte transmit FIFO), however. (The 16650 UART chip can increase
performance on a single 28.8K, 33.6K & 57.6K modem as well, but would not be
of as much benefit as it is with higher speed peripherals.)
We also carry a products with 16750 UART chips on-board (64-byte transmit
FIFO & 64-byte receive FIFO). The 16650 UART chips work fine for ISDN, but
we offer the 16750 chips as well for those people that want as much buffering as
they can get for additional assurance that they won't get any over-runs.
All of our cards have the ability to communicate at speeds up to at least
460,800
bps. Some of the cards support speeds of up to 921,600 bps! For more details on

Many of our cards also have bi-directional or ECP/EPP high-speed parallel ports.
