[ct-user] Operator statistics

Hi,

Thank's for your reply, David. Anyhow, the opr-file can't be found after
given the WRITELOG command. I suppose that the ver 9.36 doesn't create
any *.opr file. I haven't tried former versions, though.
Please let me know about any further suggestions around Operator
statistics and CT v9.36
