You can get 1/4 inch OD aluminum tubing in 3 ft lengths from K&S Precision
Metals (ksmetals.com). It is available with either 0.014 or 0.035 wall
thickness.

I am using their 0.014 telescopic sections in a light weight 10M 4-element
yagi for portable operations.
