Carol,
You have to change bands either via N1MM when interfaced by clicking on the 
band you want, OR just the radio, press either Band down (the arrow facing down 
on the left side of the upper left button on the front panel), or the Band up 
(the arrow facing up on the right side  of the button).
If you are on 17m, I think you want Band down.

Hello all...

I must have done something by accident but using the band up, I lost
20m. I can get it back by spinning the dial from 18 mhz down. How do i
automatically get 20m back by using the band switch?
