I'm sorry for asking about something that most likely has happened to
every single contester there is.
I think that everyone had an "Elmer" at one time or another.
And I needed a suitable name for the person that benefited from the
"Elmers" Help.

Ok an "Elmer" is a ham, that helped beginner Amateurs get on the air,
or even long time Amateurs, the "Elmer" helps them try something new.
So we have a Nice name "Elmer" for this helper person.
But the people that this "Elmer" helped, what is a good name for them?
