I agree with Michael Adams about the use of a gaming chair from SecretLabs
https://secretlab.co/collections/gaming-chairs. I have had one for over a
year now and it is the best chair I have ever had (79 years old). Even
there I did not skimp on features. I bought a Titan model. Check out
features such as 4-way adjustable arms vs. 3-way and anything else to suit
your individual needs..

BTW, I discovered that lowering the chair so that my feet were comfortable
on the floor was better  than the usually recommended settings. You will
find it feeling low and it will be harder to get out of, but the long-term
comfort wins out.
