I decided to break the rule and see what would happen if I called 10
minutes before 9 AM.
Got through and requested a room with two queen beds.
She told me they were almost sold out having started taking reservations at
7:30 AM.
I Consider myself fortunate to receive a room with two double beds.
When I opened my conforming email I was surprised to see she gave me what I
wanted - a room with two queen beds. I hit the jackpot.
